Notice to Buyer’s, Ordering, Delivery / Shipping Policies and  Warranty:

Please read carefully all the statements below. If you accept our policies, you can then click the item/s you'll purchase and proceed with the payment.

NOTICE TO BUYER'S
Please do not practice unauthorized usage of the credit cards. Once the credit card holder receives his/her billing statement and found out an unauthorized purchases, the holder has the right to refund the sale on the other hand, once the payment has been refunded and eBuyShopping has shipped the items, the site has no other option than to charge your recipients the unauthorized card user the TOTAL PAYMENT for the goods that has been shipped along with the ADDITIONAL CHARGES such as processing and operational costs, penalties will also be included. The site has all the documents to trace the unauthorized buyer/card user. Please be reminded that serious penalties and fines will be imposed and even imprisonment may be the result from fraudulent behavior.

ORDER PROCESSING
ONLY the card holder/s can place an order for his/her recipients and ONLY the card holders' recipient shall receive the item and sign the proof of receipt, waybill, etc. This is non-negotiable.

- Buyers must provide all the necessary information in all the required fields.
- Buyers must review all items on the shopping list before checking-out.
- Buyers shall be redirected to a secure online payment located at PAYPAL
- Buyers shall be notified via email to confirm the completion of payment.

eBuyShopping will send the buyer an additional email containing details like, delivery schedule and shipping tracking, telephone line of customer support, expressed written warranty of the product and others.

Next-day delivery is not applicable for online payment as we scrutinize all payments very closely for possible fraud before shipping out the merchandise depending on the volume of transactions. An online payment may sometimes takes 12 to 72 hours to be checked.

Prices of products are slightly higher, due to the credit card processing fees (standard interest rates of your credit card issuing bank is being applied). Shipping cost will automatically be reflected on your total bill.

DELIVERY /SHIPPING POLICIES:

SHIPPING
Our cut-off time is at 10:00am (Manila Time) for deliveries the following day in Metro Manila areas only. For outside Manila areas, cut off time will be at 12:00pm (Manila Time) the merchandise will be delivered the next day without specific time. Orders received beyond the cut off time for Metro Manila areas will be delivered the following day, on the other hand; deliveries of merchandise for outside Metro Manila areas will be delivered after two days. eBuyShopping accepts orders from Monday to Sunday. There is an additional charge of US$8.00 for shipping cost, US$14.00 for Luzon areas and US$18.00 for Visayas/Mindanao areas.


DELIVERY TIME
Delivery schedule starts at 10:00am and ends at 7:00pm but for the customers who wants to have a specific delivery time the site is advising you to place your orders at least 3-4 days before the delivery date by sending us a message at support@ebuyshopping.net
Please indicate your ORDER ID as the subject of your message and tell us the desired time you want your order to be delivered to your recipients. On the other hand, the site cannot guarantee you the exact delivery time that you want during special occasions like Christmas, New Year and others but we advised you to place and confirm your order a week in advance so that you can be prioritized.

WARRANTY
Items are insured during the shipping and have an EXPRESS WARRANTY. Buyers/recipients may send back the merchandise in case of factory defects at their own expense via AIR 21 other courier. eBuyShopping will send you the replacement and the site will be responsible for the expenses incurred on resending the new merchandise.
NOTE:
1. Customers/ buyers who will return defective merchandise will only cost for as low as Php 60.00
2. Chances of returned merchandise is not greater than 5%
In case that there will be instances that eBuyShopping does not have an equal replacement for the defective merchandise the site will offer another alternative goods or items which is also equivalent to the merchandise being replaced but the customers’ approval is still needed before processing the replacement. On the other hand, eBuyShopping will refund the payment made by the buyer or the customer less the shipping cost incurred during the shipment of the merchandise which will take place thru bank deposit.

AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCT
The company make sure the availability of the merchandise but if there are some cases that there are unavailable items the customers wants to order, the staff will send them an immediate message informing them about the status of their order which includes the available and unavailable products included on their list, in this manner the customers can decide for the other options which is to wait for the availability of the products or to choose another available products on stock. eBuyShopping will wait for the confirmation of the customer/s before processing the order/s.

RECIPIENTS
The recipient/s must present 2 valid identification cards for verification but if
he/she will not be around during the delivery, he/she is required to leave an authorization letter with his/her two valid identification cards to the person who will accept the merchandise on his/her behalf. eBuyShopping will contact the recipient a day before the delivery to inform them that they are about to receive the merchandise but if there will be no response or if our staff was not able to reach the recipient, our staff will be sending a message to the recipient reminding them about the delivery.
A reply is needed from the recipient before the processing of delivery.

DOOR TO DOOR or PICK UP SERVICE
There will be some areas which are not possible for door to door service; in this case, our staff will inform the sender before processing the delivery.

ITEMS WITH LEAD TIME
Some items have lead time. In this case, eBuyShopping is encouraging the customers to place their orders ahead of time to avoid conflicts on the delivery date and to ensure the availability of the merchandise ordered.
